We want happy customers that are satisfied & confident in their purchases.If you don't love your Silo Boutique purchase you may return your items within 14 days of purchase for in store credit. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and include the original receipt. Handbags, jewelry, swimwear & sale items are final sale. Our policy enables us to keep our prices low, offer free shipping and continue to bring you new inventory daily!
Online Orders:
- The Silo Boutique does not offer price adjustments on orders after they have been placed.
- The Silo Boutique cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. If you no longer want your order we can offer you store credit if you order hasn't been fulfilled and shipped out.
- If you need to make changes you MUST call one of our locations. Emailing or messaging us on social media may not get to us in time. Grand Forks 701-740-8412, Grafton, ND 701-360-0254, or Warren 218-201-3300.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment. This helps us keep our prices low.
- The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn with clothing tags attached, smoke free, and pet hair free. Shoes need to be unworn with the original box.
- Original receipt or invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance items are final sale. No exchanges will be allowed.
- Jewelry, sunglasses, undergarments, candles, drinkware, perfume, cologne, handbags, bralettes, bodysuits and shapewear are final sale!
- Home and Specialty Gift items are final sale.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.

Before returning call or text one of our locations to receive an RMA#. If your return doesn't meet our return policy we will contact you to ship your item back and it is up to you to cover that shipping cost.
